Takelot keeps sending me dirty books!!

I ordered a copy of Alexa Chung's book IT as a xmas gift for my sister. The first copy I received was full of black smudge marks and fingerprints both inside the book and outside on the cover.<br> I logged a return/exchange call and specifically requested that i be contacted before they pick up the book I was returning, so that I could ensure that someone was present to process the return. This was not done by the delivery company, although Takealot has confirmed that they specifically asked the courier company to contact me prior to their arrival.<br> <br> Subsequently, Takealot has sent me another copy of the book, as I asked for an exchange.The second copy is even filthier than the first! I immediately phoned their returns department and explained the situation. The person on the phone apologised and I was told to log another return call and be very detailed about the issue. However, no real solution was actually offered to my problem. I'm going to keep being sent dirty books until someone actually realises there is a problem! Where is the quality check in deliveries that are being shipped?<br> <br> This is completely unacceptable.
