Takelot is *******!!!!

I ordered a product on Takelot and never received it!!!! This is now ONE MONTH later and all they keep on telling me is that they are in contact with the courier company to find my parcel, but on their site they promise a refund if you do not receive you parcel. THIS IS A LIE!!!!!!!! They do not even keep you up to date with what is going on and there is NO telephone number where you can call any customer services to resolve any issues. At first you receive e-mails and then NOTHING if you do not keep on sending e-mails!!!! They steel your money!!!!! I would not even rate you one star!!!!!!
