TAKELOT is the worst online retailer i have ever had to deal with. Definitely the last I buy from them.

This is the most atrocious and dont care attitude that I have ever experiences from TAKEALOT. I have been trying to return an item which I purchased from Takealot and all I get is rescheduled pick up dates. I stayed home on Tuesday (30.04.2019) since we received confirmation that the item will be collected on the day. No courtesy call to advise that collection wont happen. When we called on Tuesday the consultant promised to call us back after looking into our matter, instead she send an e-mail with a rescheduled date and never called as "PROMISED". Guess what useless and *********** TAKEALOT, you did not collect as promised on the second delivery date and time. Again we called today since the item was still not collected as per the re-scheduled date and time. Guess what we just received another pick up date. Is TAKEALOT a tuckshop or a giant retailer, well you certainly operate like a tuck shop. I will not except this incompetence and demand that the TV be collected today or else they must refund my entire R14k by close of business today. Infact I would like your CEO to call me.
