Takelot is the worst!

I ordered a package, the shipping date changed 3 times, i ended up making sure from my side that o phone them to make sure to please send the correct product i also explained we are leaving on holiday so there is no room for error. When my package finally arrived i was so excited to see the order. As to my surprise it was the complete wrong product and color that I ordered. The courier made me pay for the package and told me to phone the takelot branch so that they can handle the return. (So i did this not knowing i should not pay it and return to sender, first time takelot order) so i phone the head office after waiting online for 22min I finally got a chance to speak to someone. The lady (i wish i had her name) refused me speaking to her manager multiple times. So i phoned back and waited in line again on the phone after all of this I finally spoke to the manager Grant Alexander the most arrogant person i have dealt with in years. Basically telling me i need to come up with a solution for there mistake. And the worst of all is i was told it is a human error so my reply to Grant was then you are contradicting the whole online shopping thing. After emailing back by replying with a solution its been a few days and no reply from takelot. I really hope this gets me to get some feedback.
