Takelot is not returning money once a Item is returned

So I bought a product, when I received it, it wasn't working. I returned it hoping they can replace it with a new one that hopefully works. I received the 2nd device, and it was the exact same one I sent back. I then decided to return the device for a refund that was completed and got an email saying that I will receive the money back in 3 to 5 days. Now herein lies the main problem. Its been 12 Days and I still haven't even gotten an email with any communication or my money back
