Takelot is NOT HASSLE FREE regarding returns & exchanges

I processed an exchange. I communicated with various ppl from takelot regarding receiving my exchange. Now they credited and saying regrettably once the credit is issued an exchange isn't possible. I have proof in writing re this communication. I want a free delivery to reorder bec i am not paying for delivery for an exchange that was meant to be hassle free
