TAKELOT IS NOT DELIVERING!!! WHERE ARE MY REFUNDS????

I cancelled one order before it got shipped...no refund!!!! I returned a Samsung health watch as it was not to my liking...no refund!!! Nobody answers their call centre number and if they do then u just get transferred or given another number. Wasted so much of airtime. Are they going to reimburse my airtime. Spoe to numerous consultants via email including monique...no help!!! No refund!!! I am a regular shopper at takelot!!!! Iv spent thousands already in the last 2 months. Should i take my business elsewhere? ??? I want my 799 for my watch and 899 for my cancelled order!!!
