Takelot is not delivering

I bought a microwave I was promised to get it after 1 day of which I didn't i was told it was delivered to the wrong warehouse, a week later I received a sms and email saying the microwave will be delivered before 7pm ,to my surprise at 5pm I received a text massage saying it went to the wrong warehouse , 3 weeks later I'm still waiting I'm so frustrated with how they do business.
