TAKELOT is ****ming you on Payfast! NOT SAFE AT ALL!

I Paid on their SAFE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PAYFAST website ONLINE! WHICH IS NOT SAFE AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 days later no answer to where my money is - or where my order is. My order keeps saying i still need to pay - it was a birthday gift i ordered and now i have to spend double the money to buy another. The customer service people are so frustrated with me due to me emailing the whole time but i have no answers - ****** awful TAKELOT *****s your money! Got proof of payment from my BANk it says the money has been paid to a Lucky horse - still no order no feedback from payfast nothing ! Horrid
