Takelot is Great!

We have started using Takealot more and more over the past months. Recently I bought an item - which I incorrectly ordered and needed to return. The whole returns process was so seamless and uncomplicated and having the money refunded onto my credit card after the Account Credit reflected was just as easy. We live near the collection Depo in Milnerton and so have interaction both online, telephonically and face to face - and I have never had a moment to complain. I find the staff really do go the extra mile. If only customers would be as considerate - especially over the Christmas season!<br> <br> Well done Takealot
