Takelot is De*****ing Customers

I ordered dog food on Takealot. The first issue was that I was unable to select any delivery option other than standard delivery. No matter what I did I was unable to change the delivery option or even select collection. So eventually I ordered and paid the delivery fee, despite being a Takealotmore subscriber. They then delivered the incorrect item. I did the returns process and waited. Took them 4 days to finalise the return and then arrange for a new bag of dog food to be delivered. By this time I had run out of dog food. A delivery was set fro Monday 23rd December. My delivery did not arrive and no communication from Takealot. I called them for about the 20th time to try and sort it out to be told, sorry the item was lost in transit. I then cancelled the order and the customer service agent promised me that she would get it sorted and arrange same day delivery. Again Nothing. When I went onto my takelaot profile now delivery is only for the 30th of December. I cannot cancel the order because I have to aparently wait for the SMS so that I can cancel the order. The SMS come in only once the order has been dispatched. Their returns process is 3-5 days and then their refund process is another 3-5 days. I understand the process but they are the ones that stuffed up in the first place and did not follow their process by simply delivering the correct item. I am the one who has had to run around borrowing money to make sure my dogs have food because of Takealot. I personally feel like I have been de*****ed of my money and ****med. Their customer service is laughable. they cannot get you to talk to a supervisor or escalate you up the line to try and find a viable solution, but they can sure escalate to a supervisor when you are mean to them and hurt their feelings. I offered to go to the warehouse and collect the order on Tuesday 24th December but nothing. I would honestly give Takealot 0 stars given half a chance.
