Takelot is declining fast and are *******

I ordered a product from Takealot on 11 January, and received an incomplete product. Although they sent me exactly the same faulty product on the 17th of January, I am still waiting for the correct product almost 3 months later!!!! And the hardly communicate with me about the next step. They are pathetic!
