Takelot *****ing orders and not refunding

Takealot staff are *****ing orders and when a complaint is filled they refuse to refund

I ordered a R24 000 Samsung and they sent me a charger instead and when I logged the return and told them my phone did not arrive they refuse to get back to me and keep saying it’s under review for 5 weeks now , they say the packaging department said they packed the item . NO PHONE NO REFUND
