Takelot infinite return loop

I've been trying to return a cellphone cover that doesn't correctly fit for 16 days. MRRN-Z8DQZ-4G6M. Every 72 hours, after no one looks at it, it gets cancelled and I have to phone to have the return re-created.

It's infuriating, and at this point I've spent more money on airtime then the cover.
