Takelot ***********

Ordered two pack cartridges from takealot that were on special waited over a week to get my package, only to see that they sent me the 1pack cartridge instead of the two. I emailed them and I got a quick response back them thing me that the cartridge must go back and I must take pictures of what I got. I sent them the pictures and that was the last I heard from them. It's been a week and I desperately need the cartridge but I've boxed it up as they were going to investigate and get back to me but noithing..
