Takelot - Horrific customer service

I spoke to Deney today 11/08/2022 @ 09H21. The service I received from her was despicable to say the least (I would advise takealot to go and listen to the call-recording), a customer-service refresher course is over due for her, it's bad enough that I'm awaiting for delivery for over ten days now, and to experience someone like her, is to add salt to the injury, I am at a loss for words...
