Takelot hiring drivers who cannot read.

Getting drivers who cannot read or simply use google maps to find a location. The driver that was suppose to deliver my parcel went to wrong address and after that with a rude attitude asked for location after pinging the same address as on account the drive still got incorrect location and was very rude. Parcel still not received.
