Takelot frustration

Super frustrated with Takealot! Ordered and pay for same day delivery, just to find out on order receipt that the order will only be delivered the next day. Numerous emails just saying they will attend to the matter and give feedback. No feedback! Eventually phoned only to be told they are sorry there are high volumes of orders at the warehouses, and they cannot assist. Super disappointed
