Takelot false advertising

Customer service amounts to nothing. Ordered a racket, they sent a different racket to the pickup point. I logged the return request on the app, for them to replace it with the correct one as ordered and paid for. They said theres no more stock of the one i ordered. I logged onto their app and saw there was plenty of stock but now at R1000 more. I asked them to swop the incorrect one with the correct one, to which they eventually agreed. Now i got a message they will refund me, so that i can place another order with them for the racket that will cost R1000 more. False advertising. Will never place another order with Takelot.
