Takelot false advertising

<p>Firstly .. Takelot has falsely advertised the quantity on various Montego Pet treats on the website , after I queried this and have had to do all the following up , I am being told that the order will just be cancelled cos Takelot made an error and it's covered in the terms and conditions. Really ? Retailers are allowed to falsely advertise a product and then say but it's in the terms and conditons ? Unacceptable and irresponsible business practice. I have now been waiting for 6 hours for the head of complaints Lee Ann to contact me , is this how we treat customers? You advertised a product and you did not deliver , now you have committed to contacting me and have failed on that account too. </p>
