Takelot fails on delivery Untitled ticket ***9 (***)

I had a replacement order on very expensive earbuds which I collected on the 9th of March at the Kimberley pickup point. I opened the parcel at the depot and the box of the product was empty! Someone along the supply chain decided to take the earbuds for themselves. Takelot is not coming to the table to replace the earbuds and my case has been referred to the returns department. I am waiting in anticipation.
