Takelot failing to deliver parcel

COURIER: FAST AND FURIOUS was supposed to deliver both products on the 20th Jan. I only received the rat poison “Efekto Eco rat” on the 1st Feb. I tried to get in touch with Takelot on numerous occasions, to no avail. To date I have not received the rat cage. The courier blame takelot and takelot blame the courier company.

Hell this is frustrating, come on takelot please resolve this issue!
