Takelot Failed me, Twice!

For 3 months and 2 orders now Takealot has failed to get my packages delivered. The first order no one contacted me telephonically to maybe set up delivery. the day my parcel was set to be delivered i took leave for 2 days, my order was not delivered so i basically took leave for nothing they rescheduled but still failed to delivered weeks after that i had to wait a full month only for them to re-imburse me, the money was short by R5 because i donated to that cause they ask us to so all i did was basically donate. 2nd order which is more recent was set to be delivered on the 10th, gave them a chance again, took leave for that day and the next but all for nothing, the order kept being pushed back despite my numerous attempts to meet them halfway of me suggesting i just collect at their Hub here in Durban CBD no one called or texted me. As i was tracking my order i was stunned when it said it was delivered at the same address i added at 22:17pm and obviously that was untrue. Sent an email to yet again complain but this time i was extremely upset because still no one despite my many, many emails and my disappointment with my previous order, to this day no one has sorted this out for me. A lady called last week and i was hopeful but she also gave up and didn't call anymore leaving me with no other but to take this further, further than Hello Peter because really 2 orders not fulfilled and i don't know maybe the Courier It Guys stole my package i don't know but at this point i feel that they have stopped trying. I am disappointed and hurt to the core
