Takelot Excelent Customer Service

I have purchased a 25kg dog food from takelot. When I started feeding my dog I found a problem with the dog food. I imediately contacted Takelot online and their response was just wonderful. Although it says on the Takelot site that dog food is a non returnable product they made arrangement with a courier company to come and uplift the bag of dog food within a day, and my account was credited with the amount I payed. This is service of a very high standard. I will always recommend Takelot to all my family and friends as their customer service is impeccable.
