takelot dumping broken stock on consumers

Takealot delivered 3 items to me in damaged boxes, i have returned the items and now they wont refund me as they say i damaged the box. this is Ludacris, what a clever way to get rid of stock. Be careful out there you will be stuck with damaged good and unwanted items! well done takealot *********** your customers
