Takelot drivers *****ing orders for delivery

Ordered R4500 worth of goods on November 29. It was supposed to be delivered December 9th.

I get a message saying they are delivering the follwoting day on the 8th. Then suddenly on the day they say my parcel is lost in transit.

How? I ordered 3 items. When I asked then they say the courier will get back to me.

What courier? I did not buy from a courier. And how is it possible all 3 big items are lost.

It's not. They were ******.

I want my money or parcels by Monday or I'm opening a case.
