Takelot driver and lulo m

Tjo. What n experienced today I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. The driver took my delivery to a wrong destination. When he spoke to me on the phone he became very arrogant and when I try to engage with the customer service. The lady by name of lulo m or something she was very worse than the driver she even hanged up the call. How do I get my refund and order somewhere .bcoz with this attitude of their lulo and driver it's way toooo bad
