Takelot-Dreadful Service-

Purchased a watch and delivery was given as 31/10- SMS confirmation was also received.The status then changed to lost in transit-- I notified Takelot 3 times since and am yet to receive any clear update -5 days have now elasped- Absolutely pathetic and dont care attitude from this company--- Hugely embarrasing as this was to be gifted to a friend
