Takelot don't take my return on pots

I've bought a stainless steel pot set from takelot. I've used two of the pots and got the same results on both the pots. The inner bottom of the pots get pitted after use and then rust develops. I've returned the pots but the return was rejected by takelot. Pls. Be careful when buying pots from takelot. It doesn't seem that they want to take returns if it has been used.
