Takelot!!! Dont Return Paid for Purchases

I purchased a printer, namely a pantum from takelot in December 2020, I received the printer which i believed to be in perfect working order at the time. I did not use all the functions of the printer from the first day, mainly just to print documents sent to me. Not too long after receiving the printer, I had to make a copy and tried opening the flap above to do so, as I lifted the flap it made a strange noise, after closing the flap it was not aligned with the rest of the printer, I then looked at why it was not aligned correctly and noticed two *****s loose, I then tightened the *****s and thought the lid would align correctly again, this was not correct, it was still not aligned correctly. I then looked at the bracket again and it was cracked, causing the lid to not align correctly.

My immediate thought was to return the printer as there must be some sort of gaurantee, I was informed that the out of box warranty had passed, the printer can not be replaced, which I was fine with. I told them what was wrong with the printer and they booked a return for the printer to be inspected. The printer was collected, after a about 3 weeks the status on their system was "return concluded", I then contacted them to find out what is going to happen, I was then informed that it will not be replaced or repaired. I accepted their decision and Takelot then confirmed they would send the printer to me, as we only receive delivery every 2 weeks, I would wait for the printer to arrive and for a month straight this did not happen, I then called Takelot again, I was informed the printer was with the courier company, Fast and Furious, and that they could not say how long it would take, where they again told me it had been booked for delivery, it is now the 30/07/2021 and I still have not received the printer, only excuses and stories. I paid for that property in full, it belongs to me, whether damaged or not. I have made peace with the fact that they will not repair or replace, but I can still use the printer for the main function of printing, by keeping property that does not belong to you Takelot, you are commiting a crime, this is considered theft. So you have left me no choice but to list my complaint every where I can to get the issue to be resolved, to bring light to my complaint. I am not asking for anything, but for you to return my property to me, that I paid for, that belongs to me!!!!!

I hope the following reaches you, and that the matter can be looked into and resolved speedily, I have been patient and understanding, but am no longer willing to wait. Please return MY property or I will be left to open a case of theft against you!
