Takelot dont care.

I bought an AppleWatch for my wife for her birthday from Takealot. After 4 months the watch stopped working. Sent to Takealot who sent it to Apple. 4 later weeks to return. Watch did not pair with iphone 5c which it did for the 4 months before the return. Checked with local supplier who said the watch had been loaded with newer software. So the watch went back 2nd time. Once again watch returned via Takealot. No explanation no recommendation. The watch did not work with the phone. On contacting an outside cell phone dealer they said the software on the phone had reached its highest level of software update and no longer supported. When I challenged Takelot they said it was outside their 6 month warranty and was now Apple problem. When contacting apple they said that Apple Watch and iPhone 5c was no longer compatible. The fact that it worked for 4 months was irrelevant. So now I sit with an expensive Apple Watch which is useless other than to have to but a very expensive iPhone in order for the watch to work. It is still under the 12 month Apple warranty. I am frustrated when my purchase is worthless and neither Takelot not Apple want to refund my money or find me a solution that will work
