TAKELOT DOES NOT SHOW UP

I scheduled a return on the 26th November 2020. Each day the contact me, saying they will pick up the parcel today. It has been rescheduled for the 7th time for tomorrow. Late afternoon every day the driver call me to say the pick-up address is not in his area. they will reschedule. In the meantime I had to reschedule my meetings in order to be available for the pick-up. My business is badly influenced by this rescheduling. A bad way to do business.
