Takelot does not reply to complaints

Around a week ago I sent a 5 star report on Takelot. Today I had small problem and the final outcome from Takelot is that they do not have anymore complaint address to your bad experience. They are following the rest with their attitude of ready questions which are not applicable to your complaint.
