Takelot does not care about the people that makes their business a success by purchasing a lot of products on a monthly basis.

I was issued a R200 voucher, I used this voucher on a purchase and had to pay in extra as the purchase was more expensive than the voucher that was issued. However after the purchase was made the delivery time was 7 to 15 working days as item was not in stock. I did find another supplier at Takealot which could supply the same product the next day. I was only refunded the extra amount I paid for the previous product and Takelot refused to refund the voucher, which I actually did not use due to the fact that the order was cancelled. I spend thousands of rands at Takealot each month - this upcoming month I have about R25 000 of purchases I need to make. You might ask what is R200 when you spend so much - but that is not the point... I am truly and deeply dissapointed because it just shows what big companies do to the people that makes them a success.
