Takelot does exactly that, takes your money and does not deliver!

I have had 2 similar issues on 2 separate orders. The first one was said to have been delivered and it had not been. Took 2 weeks to resolve. The second order was placed on the 1st of November. Delivered on the 7th. There were 6 items that I had ordered. I only received 3 items that I had ordered and 1 that I had not. These 3 items have still not been received, but still I receive an email from them saying that the order had been delivered to Domestic. I do not know who Domestic is! It is the 28th now and the matter carries on, passed from 1 teleoperator to the next. I've had over 10 emails and not a single one from the same person.

What do I do now, this is over R 1200 in orders not received.
