Takelot ***** refund scheme

I am not the first person to experience this service from takealot. What takelot does is , they say that money will be refunded the way you pay, however, when you do refund the item. They give you a voucher and force you to purchase by a certain date. This has been going on from the 5th of December 2022.

This is a ***** practice forcing them not to pay you directly.

There are alot of people going through the same thing.

Please intervene with this ***** practice.
