Takelot dishonest taking parts out of computer.

Takealot can't be trusted anymore 2025/11/06. Im disappointed in takelot, my teenage twin sons with (Austin and ADHD) work very hard and saved up their money for a long time to buy a gaming computer, firs they purchase a Dell optiplex 7050 i5 7th generation found out it can't run games ore be upgraded, so the purchase a Refurbished gaming computer amd ryzen 5 3600 rx 580 8gb - 512gb ssd + 1tb hdd, when we tryd to turn the gaming pc on there was no power when we opend the computer box the powe supply was plugged out of the mother board and the 1tb hard drive is missing and the sata cable was both ends plugged in the mother board, if the power supply was plugged in when we turnd it on it would have burned the mother board, so we went an broke the Dell optiplex 7050 warranty seal and fount that the ssd card is missing, this is theft, i went and canceled the return request, takealot policy state's that if a part is missing they will only send it back to me, how dishonest is this?? This was a lot of money, i will never buy from takealot again!!!
