Takelot disgusting service

We have sent in my daughters switch for replacement and they came back with a quote to get it fixed but it was still umder warrenty. This was 2months ago! We then told them to rather send the item back and still we are sitting with no return of the otem and they are just ignoring our emails for the past 2weeks!

This is so disappointing to know that they basically *****ing by not returning the item which is thouands of rands!
