Takelot declining returns

I will start by saying that I have been ordering from Takealot for years, and always found their service to be fast, friendly and efficient. Unfortunately I don't think I will order from them again. I ordered a Graphics Tablet for my daughter. It is not stable and the picture jumps around. It's also not compatible with her favorite drawing app. So I packed it up. Packaged it perfectly. Made sure that there was no damage. It was returned. Couple of days later I saw that my return was declined within 4 minutes of them receiving it. No one can do a thorough check in 4 minutes.I contacted them to dispute their finding. After several emails, I was informed that the tablet was physically damaged. The tablet was returned to me.. I can, for the life of me, not find any damage. Emailed them. They still won't accept the return.. and from what I read here, it seems to be at the order of the day. Almost all returns being declined. So what's the use of having a guarantee or warranty if they will decline the return anyway. No longer willing to support Takealot. Can not wait for Amazon to launch in South Africa next year.
