Takelot customer who purchased TV

I am frustrated customer who ordered a tv on uh e 30th of November. Promised to deliver on the 5th of December 2024. Till date I have not received any correspondence from takelot. I am not happy with their service and where is customer satisfaction!!! I would like to know would I receive my package????? If they can't deliver they must refund my money!!!
