Takelot customer service worst ever with electronics

Bought laptop. Faulty from day 1. Buttons was in wrong order. Shampoo messed on box when received upon delivery. Wifi kept on disconnecting. Sent laptop back in original box with accessories. Return declined due to missing accessories. No feedback on supposed missing accessories .
