Takelot Customer Care suck

Purchases item the 26 November one of the items was out of stock 100% it has been then reschedule to the 12 of December. My app still on this day 13 December no communication I'm trying to phone customer care the phone just keep on ringing. I loved ordering from takelot but on Customer Care site it really suck

Really not happy
