Takelot critical crash incident report

Driver crashed into my car - went to the police and got an affidavit from both me and the driver dressed in attire. Sent various emails with details of their driver that caused tremendous damage to my vehicle - they now claim that they do not have a driver by the name or id of the guilty party as sent by us and very frustrating with this low class response and delayed process in fixing the damage with pictures that were attached as well as the time and date of the incident!!! It's highly unlikely for 2 drivers dressed in the takealot attire and driving with to the police station and not acknowledging the damage and trauma caused to vehicle - we will not hesitate to take further actions with clear correspondence if the matter is not resolved ASAP.
