Takelot clearly doesn't want one too shop with them again

Last week Thursday a guy in a blue car came to collect the item I wanted to return to them. On Saturday I get an email showing me a picture of pots and other kitchen things, asking if those are the items I returned??

Granted, they probably cost more than what I bought, but seriously ?!? How do those things look like a phone?!?

I need to get a new one, but I can't until they return my money to me!!

Maybe I should shop by Amazon instead... Apparently you don't get this type of shoddy service from them.
