TAKELOT - Cape Town DC poor management

Horrific and unhelpful seller support. Our products are being dispatched to clients dirty from the Takealot Depot CPT, although they are being delivered to Takealot in immaculate condition from our company. We have logged a complaint, 3 times and after 2 weeks, still no feedback from the CPT DC. If you cannot run your business up to standard, please do not run a business at all. Due to your poor service standards, you are wrecking the reputation and sales of companies working extremely hard to give their clients the best service and product possible. You are also wrecking your reputation and sales.
