Takelot Can't deliver what you order Online beware

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a 30amp Lear geyser timer from takealot on 4th of April 2023. The timer arrived promptly but was a 20amp different make of timer not sufficient for my 4KW qeyser unit. We returned the unit and where promised a replacement. We'll a 63amp Earth Leakage unit was delivered today 29th April 2023. What do you do when a company delivers what you did not order and you can't contact anybody to complain. Catch me twice shame on me catch me three times shame on you. Can't wait for Amazon to arrive in SA
