Takelot cannot resolve a return

I returned an item to Takealot and left some of the items out of the package. They then requested the remaining items which they picked up on a second delivery. But they have now lost this delivery. It is very difficult to communicate with them as there is no way to contact them without email. I have sent them prof of delivery of the second item, but they are not responding to my queries.
