Takelot breaks my retun product and expect me to pay for it.

What a dissapointment. I bought a coffee machine from takealot. After a few months the machine started leaking. I logged a return. I made sure the coffee machine was wrapped properly before they came to collect it. Collection was done. After 12 DAYS I sent an email to hear why this retrlurn is taking so long, only to hear the Philips voided the return because the coffee pot was broken. Now they want to send it back to me. What am I suppose to do with a coffee pot that THEY BROKE. this is unacceptable takealot. I really hope to hear from you sooner than later.
