Takelot - book (get 2nd hand book instead of a new one)

Bought a new book with the title (Wedding dress - never used) - Not allowed to return the book unless damaged. But !!! It's a second hand book that they send to me and I'm not allowed to return. This is so unacceptable to say the least. My order number ***. Send a review but received no reply. Returned the book with the courier guy ... I dont wont the money, but also do not want a second hand book.
