TAKELOT - Back and Forth Issues with non delivery of product

This is now the third time i am querying the delivery of the House Of York - Standard Ironing Board which to date i have not received (initial order placed on the 15 Sep 20) .I did receive the **** Gard 1mx10m Black on the 23 September 2020 but not the House Of York - Standard Ironing Board. The delivery which i received on the 23 September 2020 was S*** which i had also taken pictures of and sent via the Takealot help during my last assistance request (with Sisipho Mayaba dated 02 October 2020). I was previously notifed via the Takelot Help that the Ironing board was not dispatched due to the product been out of stock (this was confirmed by two different assistants via the Takelot help). I trust that this will be rectrified as i am presently very disappointed with the service received thus far to help with the House Of York - Standard Ironing Board that was not delivered!! Having been a long customer with Takealot i believe this customer service to be unacceptable. Since my last request on the Takealot help tool did not yield any response, i am resorting to an online review to resolve this issue.
